堪萨斯国际学院金融系与联储证券共建大学生实习基地

2024 年11 月 5 日下午，堪萨斯国际学院金融系大学生实习基地签约仪式在 15 号楼 204 会议室隆重举行。此次活动旨在加强校企合作，为金融系学生搭建优质实习平台。

 November 5, 2024, the signing ceremony of the Student Internship Base of the Department of Finance of Kansas International School was grandly held in Room 204 of Building 15. The event aims to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and build a high-quality internship platform for finance students.  

  出席仪式的企业方人员包括联储证券河南分公司总经理李成州、总经理助理苗丹、投资顾问杜海峰。校方出席人员有堪萨斯国际学院院长沈迈特（Matt Schenk）、教务主任郑霏以及金融系主任于峰。

  Attending the ceremony were Li Chengzhou, general manager of the Henan branch of the Federal Reserve Securities, Miao Dan, assistant general manager, and Du Haifeng, an investment adviser. Attendees included Matt Schenk, Dean of Kansas International School, Zheng Fei, Director of Academic Affairs, and Yu Feng, Director of the Finance Department.

  仪式伊始，主持人于峰热情介绍了参会人员，开启了此次活动。随后，堪萨斯学院院长沈迈特详细介绍了学院的基本情况，包括国际化的教学理念、优秀的师资力量、丰富多样的课程设置以及过往的教学成果，展现出学院为培养国际化金融人才所具备的扎实基础。接着，河南联储证券方面介绍了企业情况，阐述了企业的发展历程、业务范围、企业文化和在行业中的优势地位，凸显了企业为学生提供实践锻炼的雄厚实力。

  At the beginning of the ceremony, host Yu Feng, warmly introduced the attendees and opened the event. Subsequently, Matt introduced the basic situation of the school in detail, including the international teaching philosophy, excellent faculty, rich and diverse curriculum and past teaching achievements, demonstrating the school's solid foundation for cultivating international financial talents. Then, Henan Federal Reserve Securities introduced their company, explaining the company's development history, business scope, corporate culture and advantageous position in the industry, highlighting the company's strong strength in providing students with practical training.

在签约授牌仪式环节，双方代表郑重签署合作协议并完成授牌，标志着实习基地正式建立。这一举措为学生实习、就业提供了新的机遇，同时也为校企双方在人才培养、资源共享等方面开启了新的篇章。

During the signing and awarding ceremony, the representatives of the two sides solemnly signed the cooperation agreement and completed the awarding, marking the official establishment of the internship base. This move provides new opportunities for students to practice and find employment and opens a new chapter for both schools and enterprises in terms of talent training and resource sharing.
