堪萨斯国际学院开展“大展示”示范课活动

为保障课堂教学质量,着力提升教育教学水平,根据学校工作安排,堪萨斯国际学院分别于1016日和1023日下午在15-217会议室举办了“大展示、大听课、大提升”示范课展示活动。示范课由EFL教研室优秀教师赵珏老师、经济与管理系优秀教师谢启老师和优秀教师李明亮老师主讲,堪萨斯国际学院近三年新入职教师及专任教师60余名参与课程学习观摩。

In order to guarantee the quality of teaching and strive to improve the level of education and teaching according to the school's working arrangement, Kansas International School held the demonstration activities of "Great Show, Great Listening, Great Improvement" in the afternoon of October 16th and October 23rd in the conference room 15-217 respectively. The demonstration class was presented by Ms. Zhao Jue, an outstanding teacher of the EFL department, Ms. Xie Qi, an outstanding teacher of the Department of Economics and Management, and Mr. Li Mingliang, an outstanding teacher. More than 60 new faculty members and full-time faculty members from Kansas International School participated in the course learning observation.

赵珏老师选取《英语笔译》课程第三章词法翻译技巧进行教学设计和展示。该教学设计基于文秋芳教授的产出导向法教学理念展开,注重知识、能力、素养目标的有机统一,形成完整的“驱动—促成—评价”教学闭环,培养学生解决实际问题的能力。
Ms. Zhao Jue chose Chapter 3 Lexical Translation Skills of the English Translation course for her instructional design and presentation. The demonstration illustrated the teaching design of English Translation course with the guidance of Production-Oriented Approach (POA) proposed by Professor Wen Qiufang, focusing on building students competence in resolving real-world translation tasks. The design followed
motivatingenablingassessing procedure to realize teaching objectives in terms of knowledge, ability and values. 

谢启老师选取《市场营销学(CbyD)》课程中Chapter 7中的Brand Culture Positioning 知识点进行教学设计和中英双语展示授课。市场营销学(双语)课程,现为河南省线上线下混合式一流本科课程、河南省研究性教学示范课。作为课程负责人,谢主任首先介绍了此课程的特点和线上丰富的教学资源,然后通过实际讲课来为大家展示如何贯彻OBE教学理念,如何运用“BOPPPS+对分课堂”来进行课堂教学设计。谢主任为大家展示了真人数字人在本门课程中的运用,同时通过豫商文化助力河南优质品牌成功的案例,为大家展示了如何在教学中有效融入数字技术和课程思政。

Ms. Xie Qi selected Brand Culture Positioning in Chapter 7 of the course "Marketing (CbyD)" for teaching design and bilingual presentation. Marketing (bilingual) course, now an online-offline hybrid first-class undergraduate course in Henan Province and a research teaching demonstration course in Henan Province. As the course leader, Ms. Xie firstly introduced the characteristics of the course and the rich teaching resources offered, and then demonstrated how to implement the OBE teaching concept and how to use BOPPPS + Pair Classroom for classroom teaching design through actual lectures. Director Xie showed the use of real-life digital people in this course, and at the same time, through the success of the Yu business culture to help Henan's high-quality brands, she showed how to effectively integrate digital technology and course politics in teaching.

李明亮老师选取《市场营销学(CbyD)》课程中的Brand Positioning Strategies 知识点为大家英语授课。李老师在实际授课中为大家展示了具体如何运用BOPPPS教学法来进行课堂教学的设计和运用,在选择案例教学时如何体现“两性一度”和如何融入课程思政。

Mr. Li Mingliang selected the Brand Positioning Strategies knowledge point in the course "Marketing (CbyD)" for his English lecture.Mr. Li showed how to use the BOPPPS teaching method for classroom teaching design and application, how to choose case studies for teaching and how to incorporate into the course of ideology in the actual lectures. 

此次课堂教学质量“大展示、大听课、大提升”示范课活动为教师们提供了一个交流学习的平台,通过优秀教师的示范引领,推动教学方法和课堂模式的创新。堪萨斯国际学院将以此次活动为契机,持续开展课堂教学质量提升活动,为学校教育教学的高质量发展提供新的动力。

Those demonstration class activities for teachers to provide a platform for exchange and learning, through the excellent teacher's demonstration to promote the innovation of teaching methods and classroom mode. Kansas International School will use this activity as an opportunity to continue to carry out activities to improve the quality of classroom teaching and learning, and provide new impetus for the high-quality development of education and teaching in the school.
