堪萨斯国际学院开展2023-2024学年学业导师述职

为进一步推动学校学业导师工作开展,切实发挥学业导师指导作用,考察堪萨斯国际学院学业导师履职情况和工作实效,根据《必赢nn699net本科生学业导师管理办法》文件精神,堪萨斯国际学院于2024年7月组织开展了2023-2024学年学业导师考核工作,并于7月17日举办学业导师述职大会,2020-2023级全体学业导师参会。

To further promote the work of Academic counselor at the school and effectively play the role of  Academic counselor, and to inspect the performance and work effectiveness of the Academic counselor at Kansas International School, by the spirit of the "Zhengzhou Sias University Undergraduate Academic Advisor Management Method," Kansas International School organized the 2023-2024 academic year academic counselor assessment in July 2024, and held the academic advisor performance review meeting on July 17th, with all academic counselor from the 2020-2023 classes attending.

学业导师述职分别由堪萨斯国际学院院长Matt Schenk,办公室主任孙潇、教务主管郑霏领队,分三组开展。各年级学业导师从学情、特色工作方法、工作实效等方面一一介绍其2023-2024学年的学业导师工作成果,并交流学业导师工作心得。考核小组领导听取汇报,并结合学业导师指导记录、学生发展手册等支撑材料对学业导师履职情况进行打分。会后,学院考核小组结合学业导师满意度调查对每位学业导师进行了综合评价,确定考核结果。

The academic counselor performance review was led by Kansas International School Dean Matt Schenk, Office Director Sun Xiao, and Academic Affairs Director Zheng Fei, and was carried out in three groups. academic counselor from each grade introduced their work achievements as academic counselors for the 2023-2024 academic year from aspects such as student conditions, characteristic working methods, and work effectiveness, and shared their experiences in academic advising work. The assessment team leaders listened to the reports and scored the performance of the academic counselor based on supporting materials such as academic advising records and student development manuals. After the meeting, the college assessment team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of each academic counselor based on the satisfaction survey of academic counselor, and determined the assessment results.

通过此次考核,可以确保导师更加关注学生的学业进展和个人发展,提供更有针对性的指导。通过此次交流,各位学业导师也明确了今后的工作重点和方向,获取了一些管理学生班级的有益经验。

Through this assessment, it can ensure that tutors pay more attention to the academic progress and personal development of students, providing more targeted guidance. Through this exchange, the academic counselor have also clarified their future work priorities and direction, and gained some valuable experience in managing student classes.

堪萨斯国际学院将继续加强学业导师工作指导和管理,不断优化学业导师工作方法,提高工作实效,推动学业导师工作再上新台阶。
