堪萨斯国际学院开展试卷检查系列工作
为规范教学管理,提升试卷质量,我院针对2021-2022学年第二学期的试卷开展系列专题工作。
To standardize the teaching management and improve the quality of test papers, Kansas International School has carried out a series of special work for the test papers in the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.
2022 年9月19日至9月23日,我院开展试卷及考试材料的自查与互查工作,要求每一位任课老师认真核实考试相关材料,查漏补缺,认真整改,并填写试卷自查、互查表。
From September 19, 2022 to September 23, 2022, KIS carried out the self inspection and mutual inspection of examination papers and examination materials.It requires each teacher to carefully verify the relevant materials of the examination, find out and fix mistakes, make rectification seriously, and fill in the self inspection and mutual inspection forms of the examination papers.
9月26日下午2点,教学质量监控与评估中心、教务处、各专业学院一线教师代表组成的试卷检查小组,在15号教学楼217会议室开展试卷检查工作,各位检查老师认真核对每一份试卷,并提出试卷分析表、考试大纲、试卷批阅等方面出现的问题及整改意见。
At 2:00 p.m. on September 26, the examination paper inspection team composed of representatives of front-line teachers from the Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Center, the Academic Affairs Office and various professional colleges carried out the examination paper inspection in the 217 conference room of No. 15 building. Each inspection teacher carefully checked each examination paper, and put forward problems and rectification suggestions in the analysis form, exam syllabus, examination paper review and other aspects.
针对检查小组提出的宝贵意见,我院将于10月6日至10月12日开展试卷整改工作。结合检查小组整改意见,反馈给每位相关老师,针对格式不规范、成绩分析不科学、考试材料袋填写不完整、考试大纲与课程不符等问题,一一进行整改。
In view of the valuable suggestions put forward by the inspection team, KIS will carry out the examination paper rectification from October 6 to October 12. We will give feedback to each relevant teacher based on the rectification opinions of the inspection team. The problems such as nonstandard format, unscientific score analysis, incomplete filling of examination material bag, and inconformity between exam syllabuses and courses were rectified one by one.
此次试卷检查系列活动,切实增强了广大教师的教学质量意识,为进一步做好本科教学合格评估打下了良好基础。
This series of activities for examination paper inspection effectively enhanced the teaching quality awareness of teachers and laid a good foundation for further improving the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation.
