那么我先给不了解小堪助教协会的同学做一个普及吧!

Now, let me give a introduction for those who do not know about KIS teaching assistant association!

小堪助教协会是由堪萨斯国际学院学生成功中心和西亚斯国际学院学习辅导中心合办的朋辈导师项目，所有参与本项目的朋辈导师均已通过HLI测试，或英语成绩平均分为95分以上。所有助教在授课前均已接受完善的授课培训，并且每月均有我院外教为学生集体培训，让助教们的教学素养更值得信赖。

KIS teaching assistant Association is a peer tutor program jointly organized by the student success center of KIS and the learning counseling center of SIAS University. All peer tutors participating in this program have passed the HLI test, or the average score of English is more than 95. All teaching assistants have received perfect teaching training before teaching, and our foreign teachers provide collective training for students every month, making their teaching quality more trustworthy.

课程辅导的开设旨在促进每一位堪萨斯学生积极主动地学习，帮助学生顺利通过语言考试，实现学校中西合璧的办学理念，国际化全人教育的办学特色和培养国际化复合型实用人才的办学目标。

The purpose of course guidance is to promote every KIS student to study actively, help students successfully pass the language examination, realize the SIAS running concept of combining Chinese and western, the running characteristics of international whole person education and the school running goal of cultivating international compound practical talents.

我们的助教团队大多由与我们年龄相仿的学长学姐们组成，极具亲和力。在学习语言辅导课程的过程中，还可以提前了解很多有关课程的相关拓展知识。针对英语的学习是一个不断进步的过程，大家不用担心英语基础薄弱被嘲笑，助教老师们会对学生的水平进行摸底排查，了解之后对症下药，进行有针对性的辅导。

Most of our teaching assistants are seniors of your age, who are very friendly. In the process of learning the language guidance course, you can also learn a lot of relevant expanded knowledge about the course in advance. English learning is a process of continuous progress. We don't have to worry about being ridiculed for the bad foundation of English. Teaching assistants will find out the level of students, find out the remedy to the case and give targeted guidance.

我们的辅导时间一般在工作日的课余时间进行，会根据每一位学生的课程表和个人意愿来安排课程，每周两次课，一次两个小时，不会影响学生正常上课。堪萨斯国际学院小堪助教协会课程辅导自开设以来秉承为学生服务的理念，帮助了一批又一批学生，也取得了一系列可喜可贺的成果。

Our tutoring time is generally carried out in the spare time of working days. The courses will be arranged according to each student's curriculum and personal wishes. Classes will be held twice a week for two hours at a time, which will not affect the normal class of students. Since its establishment, KIS teaching assistants association course guidance has been adhering to the concept of serving students, helping more students, and also achieved a series of gratifying achievements.
